Declaration of Covenants Conditions and Restrictions: Article X: Architectural Standards, #1 Par.2: “The plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, color, size, material and location of improvements to be constructed, modified, added or altered shall be submitted to the C&MC for approval as to the quality of workmanship and design and harmony of external design and as to location in relation to surrounding structures, topography and finished grade elevation.
